| Tate is merely one in a long line of Slytherins to have attended Hogwarts. Though his family had never been personally involved with the Death Eaters, they did support Lord Voldemort's ideals. Regretful that he never was able to live under the tyranny of Voldemort, Tate was decidedly excited to hear of the return of the Dark Lord.
Early on in his Hogwarts years, Tate befriended the son of the traitor Draco. Though at first they had been enemies, due to Tate's taunting of the Malfoys being a traitorous family, they eventually became fast friends after it was clear that Scorpius was not of the same mold as his father.
Tate is extremely devious, his lies and the front he puts on barely discernible. He has become and accomplished occulmens user without really even realizing it. The danger with Tate, is that he can believe his own lies, making his deception hard to detect. One must always wonder whether he actually cares, or whether the boy has his own hidden agenda.
Fun fact: Tate paints his face up like a skull when doing some missions for the Inquisitional Squad. Since they are not allowed to wear Death Eater masks, Tate feels this is the next best thing, and most would not realize that it is really the sweet Tate Walker beneath the white and black paint. | |
