Rose Weasley

Rose surpasses even her mother in brains. During her third year of Hogwarts, she demanded to begin by taking her third exams. Passing them, the staff agreed there was no reason she could not move up a year. She was focused on her work, but her cousins and brother never let her focus completely on it. They ensured she got into her own share of trouble and fun, and she developed a conniving mind, though the inner dork often shone through.

She graduated with her older cousin James, but planned to tour Europe rather than begin work immediately. She left Germany in time to show up for her uncle's announcement. Unfortunately, a phone call from a friend in Paris caused Rose to step out. When she came in, it was in time to see her brother fall. She managed to escape into a bedroom and hide, shielded by the body of her uncle Percy who had clambered under to hide.

When she was sure the tragedy was over, she clambered out a window and ran. She has been on the run ever since, too uncertain to seek out the help of her family.
