Brendan is a muggle born who had always been extremely interested in the supernatural and the occult....even at a young age.  When he found out that he was to go to a reknowned Wizarding school to learn magic, Brendan became the happiest boy in the world.

Brendan has a keen interest in the supernatural, including werewolves, zombies, and especially vampires.  Brendan has long been a secret admirer of the local vampire at school, Marguerite, though always far too shy to approach her.
