Today, a cloud hangs over the wizarding community. Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived, and the hero who rid the most terrible villain our world has ever seen, is now wanted for mass murder.
No explanation can be found. Even this reporter stares at the page, unsure of what can be said. The shock is inexpressible. The despair and hopelessness has become tangible.
The events are as follows- yesterday, December 1st, Harry Potter called a meeting of his close friends and family. Among the group were Ronald and Hermione Weasley, Neville and Hannah Longbottom, the Scamanders, and a long list of Weasleys that would tire any reader. When Harry began his great announcement, he said no words, but turned his wand on all those he held dear. Everyone in attendance perished, except for his son James, his godson Teddy Lupin, and some of the children.
No one is sure what caused this turn. Harry fled the scene and has not been seen since. Speculation tells us that the vigilante group The Order of the Phoenix now remains nearly without support, while whispers report the return of the Death Eaters.
In this time of unsettling grief, who will save us?
